Karen is hugely knowledgeable not only about exercise but also about the menopause and how the right sort of movement can be massively helpful at this tricky time in life. She encourages you to work at your own level and gives modifications for any exercise that might not suit your body. She also knows just when to push you and when you maybe need to take it a bit easier.
